Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email/SMS to track the status of your order. Once your order is delivered we will send you another email/SMS along with the link to track your order.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for delivered yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form.

We do same-day shipping provided you place your order before 11am on that day. Please note your delivery will be delivered between 8am - 5:30pm on the allocated delivery date. We cannot guarantee a morning delivery. Thank you for you understanding.We currently have a limit of 150 deliveries per day, once we reach this amount of orders we can no longer commit to anymore. If you have a preferred delivery day, we require your order to be placed one day before.
